Directions:
Infusions(tisanes) are one of the oldest & simplest ways to enjoy our daily herbal intake. Each tisane can be infused in hot water for 15 minutes or in cold water overnight in the fridge. Special brewing suggestions are otherwise noted.

Fun Fact!
The term “tea” originally refers to the tea plant, Camellia sinensis, from which green & black teas are made. In herbal medicine, the term tea can also mean the simple combination of water with some type of herbal material (leaves, flowers, roots, barks, fruits etc.)
