Hivemind Botanica products are made using plant-based, all-natural, 100% ethically sourced, sustainable foraged and homegrown ingredients. Please note that although our products are carefully made, some discoloration, sediments, separation and some inconsistencies from batch to batch, may occur naturally.

Returns & Refunds
Hivemind Botanica products are handcrafted in small batches, sometimes made to order. Due to the limited inventory and seasonal nature of our offerings, I am currently unable to fulfill any return & refund requests.

Broken/Damaged/Missing Goods
If you received your order broken or damaged, please reach out to me through email at hivemindbotanica@gmail.com.
I may be able to honor replacement requests or offer in-store credit.

4. Shipping & Packaging

Packaging
One of the most important aspects of Hivemind is using biodegradable and ecofriendly materials as often as possible. This is done to minimize the company’s carbon footprint and to maximize the lifetime of otherwise short-lived packaging materials.
Hivemind Botanica sources paper stuffing and packaging from different places. I use recycled/preloved paper and ribbons whenever possible. Please note that there might be differences in the packaging materials used for orders placed at different times.

Shipping Time
Orders are mailed out weekly. For example, if you order on Wednesday, your order will be processed that week and sent out the following Monday. All orders are shipped with Priority mail.

International shipping
STAY TUNED. There are no international shipping available at this time. Orders are available to ship within the United States & Canada.

Damages/Faulty Items
Please note that HB is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If you receive a faulty item, get in touch with us via email to get help with your order.
