Herbal sitz baths is a practice of our ancestors that has been used for hundreds of years. The practice includes sitting in warm water, which is believed to relieve pain and discomforts in the lower parts of the body. Adding herbs and minerals to these baths can enhance the healing and wellness experience.
Directions:
Add about 1, 1.5 oz dried herb to a pot, and fill with enough hot water to make a strong tea. Infuse for at least 15 minutes, then strain. Pour your infusion into a shallow basin or bath and sit, allowing the liquid to submerge your yoni, preferably up to your abdomen. Add tea to your Peri bottle for an extra step of relief.

Each one of our soaps is infused with herbal teas, making them extra nourishing and potent in their medicine. We wanted to ensure our soaps do not dry and tighten the skin, thus making our soaps with a lot more oil than most conventional companies. This is wonderful for the skin, but makes the bars melt faster when exposed to water. Store them away from direct water stream when not in use to lengthen their life.
