Directions:
AS A HAIR RINSE: Add about 1, 1.5 oz dried herb to a pot, and fill with enough hot water to make a strong tea for your hair length and type. Infuse for at least 15 minutes, then strain. Rinse your hair with the strained herbal tea after finishing your hair wash routine, typically after rinsing your hair from conditioner. In some cases, the herbal tea can be used in place of conditioner. The herbal tea does not need to be rinsed out of the hair.
HYDRATING HAIR SPRITZ: Depending on your hair type, your hair might need to be rehydrated between washes. Herbal teas can be used in place of spritzing water when hydrating the scalp and hair.
Add about .5 - 1 oz dried herb to a pot and fill with enough hot water to make a light tea for your hair length and type. Infuse for at least 15 minutes, then strain. Pour the tea in a spritzer bottle, and use on your hair periodically in place of regular water. Keep the tea in the refrigerator and use within 3-4 days.
